Hello stamping friends! Sympathy cards — not my favorite, but we all need them occasionally! This is a card that I made with my library ladies a few weeks ago. This is not the greatest picture for you, but I had to take it at while at the library, because I had one of the carmakers come in at the end of class and they were too late to make the cards. I ended up selling my samples to them. It was a win-win!
These are the supplies that I used to make this quick and easy card:
Stamps: Number of Years stamp set
“With Sympathy” comes from a past Paper Pumpkin Kit
Paper: Whisper White card stock
Ink: Night of Navy
I am here today to share with you my card I put together for my weekly get together with the library ladies. This card features the Pretty Petals DSP. I’m ready for winter to be over and ready for spring! I thought t his card was bright and cheery with a splash of flowers!
Stamps: Balloon Celebration
Ink: Pacific Point
Paper: Very Vanilla, Old Olive, Basic Black, Pacific Point, Pretty Petals DSP
Also, this is a birthday card and will be going out to someone on my birthday list. Have you joined the #imbringingbirthdaysback movement? You should — everyone loves to get happy mail, especially on their birthday. See my post from last week about birthdays. Hope you have a chance to make some cards today. Be back soon!
