Today’s sky reminds me of that same beautiful crisp, bright blue sky eleven years ago when so many people lost their lives.  Please remember their families and loved ones today.  Take a moment to hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight.

I wanted to share another mini paperbag scrapbook that I made last week for a gift.  I have a cousin that is getting married at the end of June and I made this for her bridal shower.  It just so happened that the colors I used for the scrapbook are the same colors that she is having in her wedding!  What are the chances of that?  Here’s a sneak peak!

Things have finally calmed down somewhat at our house and we are getting ready for the end of the school year.  There are only 13 1/2 days of school left (not that anyone is counting)!

As promised I am back with some pictures of my daughter’s dance show and my son’s jazz band concert.

First up is a picture of Caroline and two other girls in her jazz class.  Caroline is in the middle.

Here is a picture of her on stage in her jazz number.  I am always amazed at her stage presence.  She genuinely looks like she’s really having FUN!

I’ll leave you with one more picture — the chaos in the hallways with lots and lots of girls and just a bit of drama!  This is everyone lining up at the end of the show to go back on stage one more time for their bows!

Here is one last picture — I just have to wonder what Mr. J., the jazz band director was saying to the guitar boys.

It’s been a busy week here at our house!  We have had three nights of rehearsals for my daughter’s upcoming dance show this weekend.  We had a jazz band concert for my son this week.  Here’s a sneak peak of my daughter in her jazz costume for the show.  I’ll be back next week with more pictures.
