Card Making at the Library…

Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration 2016 set: Hello Card created by Scrappy Bags

Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration 2016 set: Hello

Hello friends!  I’m stopping by today to share with you my latest card that I created and made with my library ladies this week.

The card is quick and simple.  I used whisper white card stock along with the Everyday Chic DSP (designer series paper), Daffodil Delight, Bermuda Bay and Basic Black inks.  The ladies all seemed to enjoy the easy peasy card.

It’s finally winter here in PA.  The temperatures have been down in the teens at 7am when my  kiddos are getting on the bus and my son, who is 15, still refuses to wear long pants!  I just don’t get it…

Have a great day and happy crafting!

XOXO

At the Library

Hello friends!  Did you all have a great Halloween weekend?  As always, we had a busy weekend.  Our town doesn’t actually have Trick or Treat on the actual date of October 31st, (I know, crazy), but we did watch scary movies with the kids.  It’s lots of fun to go back and watch those movies that really scared you when you were a kid.  Then as an adult they’re just not quite as scary!  We also celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday.  He is a Halloween baby, so that’s always a fun little twist.

Anyway, I wanted to share my card that I made for the library ladies this week.  It is with the Acorny Thank You, Awesomely Artistic and Word Play Stamp sets from Stampin’ Up!  I love this combination of colors — they’re chocolate chip, soft sky and mossy meadow.

Have a wonderful week!
